Seeking: EMDR for teen anxiety in Tacoma or telehealth
Most referrals travel through generous communities: group posts, listservs, a colleague of a colleague. That generosity works; the medium just makes it harder than it should be. Posts slip past the right providers, and a reply like ‘I’d be a good fit!’ doesn’t guarantee a clinical match. Halora gives the same community a referral that’s structured, aligned, and easy to evaluate.

Guided fields capture what matters: concerns, modality, insurance, age, location, schedule. No free-text guessing. And no PHI, ever.
The right colleagues find it
Providers whose profiles match are notified automatically, in-app and via email.
Review profiles and choose
When colleagues express interest, you can instantly view their verified profiles (including specialties, availability, and fees) and export their contact details in just one click.
In a hurry? Flip your referral into a live provider search. Your filters stay intact, so you can adjust your criteria as you browse the network for the best fit.
Open to new clients? Set your specialties once and the right referrals come to you. No feeds to monitor and hours lost searching. Expressing interest is as easy as selecting "interested" and adding an optional note.

Relevant referrals find you
Referrals are matched on the criteria that matter (specialty, modality, insurance, location, age), then delivered via in-app alerts and email notifications. Only the ones that fit your practice reach you.
Coordinate care with confidence
Review interested colleagues and their full profiles (including license, specialties, and current availability), giving you the full picture to make an informed decision on who to refer.
Search the network instantly
Every referral doubles as a live provider search. No matches yet? Loosen a filter and look again.
Verified, provider-only space
Every provider is verified against state licensing records. No public posts, no client browsing: just a secure network built strictly for professional collaboration.
Availability you can trust
Profiles display real-time availability (whether accepting new clients, waitlisted, or full), ensuring you reach out knowing their capacity.
Supervision and consults, too
From clinical supervision to peer consultation, find the right professional matches to expand your expertise and support your ongoing clinical journey.
Profiles carry practice signals (open to peer consultation, accepting supervisees, or seeking a supervisor), making it effortless to find clinical connections.

Every clinician knows the tension: a colleague needs enough context to help, and a client deserves discretion. Halora resolves it structurally: referral fields that carry only what’s needed, a signed PHI agreement from every member, and an audience of verified licensed professionals.
Halora is two people. Manny is a mental health counselor in Bellevue who spent years finding referrals the way everyone does (groups and email threads) and kept thinking it could work better. Rohith is an engineer (and her husband) who built a first version to see if she was right. Her colleagues asked to use it, and here we are.

Halora is free to use. We’re building it alongside Washington’s provider community, and every early member shapes what it becomes. To the providers already posting referrals, completing their profiles, and telling us what’s broken: thank you, sincerely. Halora works because you do. And whatever Halora’s future looks like, the early providers shaping it will be taken care of.
It includes one: a provider-only directory you can search by specialty, insurance, and availability. What makes Halora different is what runs on top: structured referrals, matched notifications, and an interest queue. And clients never browse it. It's built for providers.
Licensed mental health professionals: therapists, counselors, social workers, psychologists, nurse practitioners and psychiatric providers. We’re starting with Washington state and verifying every license against state records. Associates working under supervision are welcome.
Halora is free. Create your profile, post referrals, and respond to them at no cost.
Here's why →Referrals are built from structured clinical fields (concerns, modality, insurance, age range, location), never client identities. Every member signs a PHI agreement at signup, and PHI is prohibited everywhere on the platform.
At signup we check your license against the Washington Department of Health registry. Until you’re verified you can browse; once verified you can post referrals, respond, message colleagues, and view full profiles.
Flip it into a live provider search with the same filters and tweak in seconds, or leave it posted: matching providers are notified as they join the board.
We’re starting with Washington and expanding from there. If you’re licensed elsewhere, we’d still love to have you on the list early. Your interest tells us where to go next.
